My Background

I’m Kimberly Loveland, and I’m here to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting emotional well-being. As a Master’s-level Social Worker, certified Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provider, and independent contractor with over 20 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field, I founded Just Breathe LLC to create a supportive space where individuals can find peace, balance, and personal growth.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical mental health concentration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Human Development (University of Wisconsin–Green Bay) and Sociology/Social Work (University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point). My clinical journey began at Cornerstone Clinic, where I completed a graduate internship and later worked as a psychotherapist for three years.

Today, I combine my clinical expertise with a holistic, client-centered coaching approach. I work with individuals as young as 12 years old and older, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, and self-esteem issues. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I bring extensive experience in crisis response, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and collaborating with families and community organizations to foster well-being. I believe in the power of personalized tools, actionable support, and human connection to help you build resilience and thrive.

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, I am here to support you every step of the way.
