My Background
I’m Kimberly Loveland, and I’m here to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting emotional well-being. As a Master’s-level Social Worker, certified Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provider, and independent contractor with over 20 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field, I founded Just Breathe LLC to create a supportive space where individuals can find peace, balance, and personal growth.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical mental health concentration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Human Development (University of Wisconsin–Green Bay) and Sociology/Social Work (University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point).
Before launching Just Breathe LLC, I gained valuable clinical background and hands-on experience working in a mental health clinic setting, where I provided psychotherapy and developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, person-centered care.
Today, I combine that clinical expertise with a holistic, coaching-based approach. I work with individuals as young as 12 and older, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, and self-esteem issues. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I bring extensive experience in case management, crisis response, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and collaborating with families and community organizations to foster well-being. I believe in the power of personalized tools, actionable support, and human connection to help you build resilience and thrive.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I provide services through private pay, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
