Comprehensive
Community
Services (CCS)
Through Just Breathe LLC, I provide services through the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program in Wisconsin. CCS supports individuals in developing coping skills, strengthening emotional wellness, and working toward personal recovery goals.
I collaborate with CCS teams, facilitators, and case managers to provide Individual and Family Psychoeducation, Wellness Management & Recovery Services that helps individuals build skills, improve daily functioning, and move forward in their mental health journey.

Wellness & Recovery Management
This will allow clients to manage their mental health issues, helping them develop their own goals and teaching them the knowledge and skills necessary to help them make informed treatment decisions. These services include:
- Psychoeducation
- Behavioral tailoring
- Development of recovery action plan
- Treatment strategies
- Social support building
- Coping skills
Services can be taught using motivational, educational and cognitive-behavioral strategies.

Individual & Family
Psychoeducation
Family psychoeducation must be provided for the direct benefit of the member. Consultation to family members for treatment of issues not related to the member is not included as part of the family psychoeducation. Family psychoeducation may include anticipatory guidance when the member is a minor.
- Providing education and information resources about the members mental health
- Skills training
- Problem solving
- Ongoing guidance about managing and coping with mental health.
- Social and emotional support for dealing with mental health.
- Psychoeducation may be provided individually or in a group setting to the member or the members family and natural supports (i.e. anyone the member identifies as being supportive in his or her recovery and/ or resilience process). Psychoeducation is not psychotherapy.
